Empty The Cages (Peepal Farm)
After spending a week at Peepal Farm in Dharamshala, Himachel Pradesh, I was taken by their drive and commitment to healing damaged animals and inspiring change in their community and country, as well as offering employment and independence to women within the village that would not have otherwise. I wanted to create some fun, colourful social media gifs for their “Empty The Cages” campaign to drive donations. The campaign invites people to donate towards getting the rehabilitated pups to countries where they’ll be adopted as adoptions happen close to never in India.
